GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT SERVICES

Marine Technical Services, Incorporated, the parent company of Pacific Marine Surveyors, provides numerous services for government contractors. We have been providing these services since 1979, including vessel design, systems engineering, project planning and project management, including quality assurance support. We also provide inspection and documentation services for repairs and refits. All services are provided under specific contract with contract requirements and rates tailored to the clients needs. Project Management:

Single project support for the contractor, providing project oversight and guidance for new construction or major vessel refitting when delivery time and/or budget are critical.

Critical Path Production Planning:

Construction planning and scheduling using the critical path method, to insure that all components are ready for production when they are needed to assure that the project is completed on schedule.

Quality Assurance Services:

We are experienced in most government quality assurance programs, including ISO 9000 quality assurance programs. We support for the contractor's quality assurance needs, including plan creation and review, as well as quality inspections and documentation.

Design and Engineering Services:

We provide design services, including hull and superstructure, as well as systems engineering support for large projects or multiple construction projects. Marine Technical Services, Incorporated is use to working to ABS or DNV construction standards.

Marine Survey Support:

We can provide inspection, documentation and support services for repair or refit projects, or whenever the contractor has a need to use and outside source for these services.
