CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
Capabilities Information:Marine Technical Services, Incorporated is an expert in small craft construction, modification and repair. The company evolved from being employed as the Director of Engineering at a boat manufacturer in Washington State building commercial, work and government boats. In that position it was necessary to not only design and engineer the vessel, but to provide construction management and quality assurance support to the manufacturing process, including overall project management, critical path planning and management for multiple vessel contracts.
